Allegheny Mountain Radio (AMR) seeks an energetic, creative individual with a deep background in public radio to manage its recently expanded network of five stations in three counties in the Allegheny Highlands of the two Virginias. Candidates must be knowledgeable of and comfortable in rural places, have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated management experience including volunteer management, team building, problem solving, budgeting and financial management, board development, and planning. Familiarity with opportunities and challenges of digital technology is essential. Bachelors Degree in communications, business or related field preferred, but not required.
